Even though it started as a celebration of Sandra Bullock’s genius, I have some plans to expand into other areas such as celebrating Sylvester Stallone’s genius.
No pattern there!
Joking aside, an attempt will be made to take this website a bit more seriously and to update it regularly.

Now THIS is a movie. First rewatch on this list, and totally worth it. I don’t even know where to start. Just watch it. Even if you did, watch it again, right now. I’ll wait.
Story I’m sure everyone knows this movie, but here’s a short recap: There’s a big bomb (and I don’t mean Sandra, an actual bomb) on the bus that will explode if the bus slows down under 50 miles per hour.
I almost can’t believe I spent my “You can’t She’s All That Sandra Bullock” argument on Miss Congeniality. YOU 👏 CAN’T 👏 SHE’S-ALL-THAT 👏 SANDRA 👏 BULLOCK. See, I was even nice enough to omit a couple of claps and used hyphens instead.
But, I’m gonna steal the next sentence from the Miss Congeniality review: This movie was built around a ridiculous premise that, somehow, nobody finds Sandra Bullock attractive because she’s a bit of a nerd.
Having never seen any of the Ocean’s XY movies, I didn’t know what to expect from this one. Luckily, it doesn’t rely on anyone knowing anything about the other movies, and is a standalone story.
Story There’s not much to say about the plot, it’s a heist movie. Things happen, you understand half of what’s going on. Then, at the end, they explain everything else and you feel both smart and dumb at the same time.
This movie was built around a ridiculous premise that, somehow, nobody finds Sandra Bullock attractive because she’s a bit of a tomboy.
She plays a badass FBI agent that doesn’t take shit from anyone. Unfortunately, being a smart, resourceful agent is not enough. Everyone keeps ignoring her because she’s a woman, and not into making herself look pretty. AS IF SHE HAS TO TRY. That’s a plot hole, if there ever was one.
Imagine living in a world where you can’t go outside. A world where even looking through the window may kill you. We’re not talking climate change - welcome to Bird Box!
This Netflix movie is based on a book. But there’s no Sandra Bullock in the book, so the movie is obviously better.
So, let’s dive into the plot. Ugh.
Story Bird Box is about unexplained creatures that come from nowhere and incite people to commit suicide.
